Customer Satisfaction

Welcome to the webBRIEFCASE business and IT glossary. If you can't find the work / phrase you're looking for: search for it below, since it may be elsewhere on this site.

Description: In business - we all have customers. If someone asks you to do something, they are your customer. Your boss for example. You should always try to ensure customer satisfaction and can achieve this by second-guessing (and confirming if possible) what they will want to see you produce, not just what they ask for (there is usually a difference). You should balance the customers' wants against the resources (e.g. time) that you have available. See also: MoSCoW.
