Determine the requirements of a business Internet connection package, ready to contact an Internet Service Provider (ISP) for sign up.

Support the ISP installation of an Internet Connection, particularly ensuring the presentation point (where the router plugs into) - is in a suitable position, e.g. in a dedicated server / computer room, or other position in an office, suitable for network connectivity.

Internet Service Providers (ISP) can sometimes be fairly unhelpful when it comes to Internet Connectivity issues. It can take weeks to resolve because you are put in their hands. With the Troubleshoot Internet Connection service, we will conduct an initial investigation (ADSL filters, Internet use, PCs etc), then contact the ISP on your behalf to resolve the issue based on our findings. We can speak with them using their "magic" service management terms they understand.

As a rouge guide, we expect our initial root cause analysis (RCA) to take half an hour, conversations with the ISP to be 3 x half an hour, and 3 site visits.
